Activities

In our Spanish for the Family classes, children and their parents or guardians learn vocabulary and language skills from our experienced instructors, who use music, video and hands-on activities to teach about the Spanish world and language. Games and other fun experiences in our colorful classrooms help to reinforce new words and concepts while also letting everyone relax and just have fun!

Each session of Spanish for the Family has different activities and topics, so you and your child can attend more than one session without repeating activities and lessons.

Lesson topics at Spanish for the Family sessions include the alphabet and numbers, colors, animals, people & families, the city, the farm, clothing, foods, describing people and things, parts of the body, saying what you like or don't like, places & things in the home...and much, much more!

After each class, parents or guardians receive a "Spanish at Home" kit, which includes a summary of what was covered during the class as well as ideas for more Spanish learning at home!
